Privacy policy for iJento clients’ websites

We provide software systems which our clients use to collect and analyze information about their online and offline visitors and customers.

In all cases the information collected using our systems remains the property and responsibility of our client, who is the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, and on whose instructions we act. We aim to ensure that the services we provide to our clients are consistent with their privacy policies and with all relevant legislation.

In relation to the software systems we provide we do not generally use third party cookies. We refer you to our clients’ privacy policies for further confirmation of the use of cookies. We do not collect aggregate data and we do not sell or otherwise make use of any website data which is collected by our clients.

Information about your visits to the website of one of our clients is governed only by the first-party relationship you have with the client and we refer you to the client’s privacy policy for details.
